Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you're using Cyerbi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through it. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. Don't share your password or let others use your account.

You agree not to use Cyerbi to break the law, harass or bully others, post abusive, hateful, sexual, or violent content, spam or impersonate people, upload malware, scrape or overload the service, or interfere with its operation. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms, and some content is scanned by automated tools to help enforce this.

You own the content you post. You grant Cyerbi a license to host, display, reproduce, and share that content within the service as needed to operate features like groups, feeds, and challenges. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.

Premium and trainer group memberships are paid subscriptions billed through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel; cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. Trainers and group owners set their own pricing and are responsible for the quality of their coaching and content. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis consistent with applicable law and your payment method's terms.

Cyerbi challenges, workouts, and meal plans are for motivation and general fitness and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new program, especially if you have a health condition. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

The Cyerbi brand, software, and design are owned by us and our licensors. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission. Respect the intellectual property of other members.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or threaten the safety or operation of the service. You can stop using Cyerbi and delete your account at any time.

Cyerbi is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other members or third-party trainers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cyerbi operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. For questions, contact us at support@cyerbi.com.
