Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address, the username/display name you choose, and a password (which we never see in plain text).

Profile information: details you add to your profile, such as goals, sport, skill level, and a photo.

Content you create: posts, photos, messages, challenge submissions, calorie logs, and other activity you add to the platform.

Usage data: device and log information about how you interact with Cyerbi, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use your information to operate your account, show your groups and subscriptions, run weekly challenges and streaks, enable messaging and community features, process payments, send service and reminder emails, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

Your public profile, community posts, challenge completions, and group activity are visible to other members according to the audience of each feature. Private messages and direct messages are only visible to you and your conversation participants. Some content, such as challenge photos, may be shared to the community feed.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service, including with payment processors (Stripe) for subscriptions, authentication providers (such as Google) for sign-in, cloud infrastructure and AI moderation tools that help screen abusive content, and authorities where required by law.

If you join a trainer or premium group, the trainer or group owner can see your membership and activity within that group so they can coach you. They must handle your information consistent with this policy.

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards for security and legal obligations. You can delete your account from your profile settings, which removes your personal data from active use.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password and keep it private.

Cyerbi is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Most of these can be exercised directly in the app, or by contacting us.
